Hi, I'm Nurit, a certified Sleep Consultant.
I am passionate and dedicated to helping families to achieve their goals with better sleep.

With my 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, a bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing, and a postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing, I have gained knowledge and experience with an understanding of the complexities of sleep at every stage of development.


As a mother of four (including twins), I understand the challenges and joys of parenting firsthand, therefore I am also starting a local parents group, so we can all share our experiences in a safe space.


My services are designed to create a comprehensive, tailored, sleep plan that aligns with your baby's unique needs, your parenting approach, and your family's lifestyle.
